How will you contact me?
In the form you will let me know if you prefer a video or phone call.
If you prefer a video call - right before our scheduled call log into Google hangouts and I will send you a link to join the call.
If you prefer a call then I will call you at our time at the phone number you sent in the form.
If for some reason you prefer a different method to call then include a note in the form or email me and we can arrange that too.
I will email you after the call with the Follow up Action Step list and discount for the store.
What do I need to have ready before the call?
It is best if you are by a computer to see forms or info I may send during the call.
It is also possible I may send you more questions or worksheets to complete before the call.
Do I need to pay a retainer/deposit fee?
The invoice needs to be paid in full to reserve the call time.
What is your refund policy
You are able to cancel or reschedule a full 24 hours before the call for a full refund. If there is technical issues on the call that results in a dropped call I will be happy to reschedule to complete the remaining time.
