RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we do whatever we can to make sure you are satisfied with your product. 

TEMPLATES:
Because the products sold in our shop are digital, they cannot be returned and are therefore, non-refundable.

MENU SERVICES:
Menu Services may be canceled before the information or items to create it are sent up to 15 days after purchase is made. Once final info and items are sent the purchase is final. 

DELUXE SERVICES:
Deluxe branding services each have a contract that states the payment and refund policy for each individual. Typically a non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront to save a timeslot for your work. Please refer to your contract for your details.

By purchasing you are legally bound to the following terms:

Our designs are copyrighted Subscription Box Branding.

You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. Subscription Box Branding owns the property rights to all designs, graphics and photoshop files included in your design. You are prohibited from sharing the theme or any design elements we provide with additional users.

Designers are prohibited from claiming our themes as their own and promoting them as original work.

All photographs, images and fonts used in templates are free for commercial use and can be used in final pieces.
